Synopsis:

Taken from imdb.com
Negative:
Well I first have to admit that it was not at the same level of Valentine’s Day and I was a little disappointed because I was expecting something so grand that I would be captivated my every moment. So yes it fell short...I expected a 5/5 movie. But hey 4/5 is pretty good in my books.
Positive:
Um...Zac Efron.
Alright, alright not just Efron but the whole cast of stars made for an interesting movie and especially considering it was directed by Gary Marshall we were left hanging till the last minute when it came to whom would end up with whom in the movie.
Not to mention New York City....It was beautiful in the movie and it actually made me want to visit Time Square on New Year’s Eve...you never know maybe I will.
Story Line:
I did enjoy the story line. We got to see people from all walks of life and what they do on New Year’s Eve, from the Single mom, to the entrepreneur, to the people that run the whole Time Square show., and even those who come from far away to see it, or find the people they met there last year.
The characters:
The characters were awesome, there was a wide range of characters from funny to serious, some somewhere in between and every other kind. And I was even happy to see Ashton Kutcher return from Valentine’s day but I will tell you his character is very very different from the first.
Men:
Sorry guys not really much in here for you other than just making your ladies happy because you took them out to see the movie J
Other than of course see some pretty girls on the big screen.
Women:
Zac Efron
Josh Duhamel
JON BON JOVI
All of these and more. Zac Efron had a funny quirky character that actually only sang for about 3 seconds so that’s something new. But don’t worry if you stayed for the credits you actually get to see Zac dance a little and it took my breath away.  The rest of the men play pretty good roles that also leave a grip on your heart and the story line does bring a tear to your eye in the end.
Overall:
I recommend to all the girls out there who loved Valentine’s Day. This movie might actually get you in the mood for New Year’s.
